Job description

• Well versed with the knowledge of NI Act, RERA (UP, Delhi & Gurgaon);
• Can handle the clients in family dispute matters.
• Provide Assistance to seniors in commercial disputes.
• Can appear before the district courts.
• Well versed in preparation and drafting of legal notices, pleadings, replies etc.;
• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions;
• Review and summarize evidence and documents relevant to cases;
• Attend court hearings and client meetings, providing legal advice as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and build cases.
• Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
• Support senior attorneys in case strategy and client development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.

Key Skills:

• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
