Role Description:

• Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients
• Understand client objectives and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery
• Support account planning, execution, and ongoing strategic initiatives
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance summaries to clients
• Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Ensure quality control and alignment with client expectations before final delivery

Experience: 2+ yrs
