>Working on various Content Platforms like Accredible, Brillium, Grammarly, QueText and Thinkific. Coordinating and ensuring smooth integrated workflow.
> Collaborating with the content team in the development of learning & certification programs and attending weekly SCRUM Sessions.> Ownership of customer experience (CX) on the product pages and Academy.> Process ownership & collaboration with subject matter experts to improve customer satisfaction & NPS score.> Planning, scheduling, coordinating with subject matter experts and inhouse team for content development and conducting weekly live training sessions (ILT - Instructor Led Training)> Maintaining close communication with the marketing team on content-related aspects.> Data management and simple analysis to help drive decision making.
Minimum Requirement:
-Bachelors degree (Engineering background preferred)-At least 2 to 5 years of experience in either program management, project management, process management or team management. -Should be averse to Ai tools like ChatGPT, Gemini etc for Proof reading-Basic knowledge of the blockchain space
Bachelors/Diploma/ Certifications in the blockchain Technology
Experience in working with SMEsPossibility to join us on an early basis
