Job Description

Role Overview: You are an experienced Scrum Master with Agile knowledge, responsible for leading the delivery of software assets for the Retail Digital Channels portfolio. Your primary focus will be on software development, including Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD), for Internet Banking, Mobile, and related channel software deliverables. You should have a track record of delivering multiple concurrent complex projects in a regulated environment, ideally within a financial institution context. Key Responsibilities: - Strong knowledge in Agile Development, including CI/CD, TDD, BDD, SCRUM, and KanBan - Minimum 5 years of experience in Software development and minimum 2 years in team Management and project management - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and have a strong knowledge of Agile software delivery - Experience with Atlassian software suite and advanced features - Coordinate staff management, leadership, and vendor collaboration - Conduct Scrum of Scrum, track action items, highlight risks, and monitor project plan milestones - Knowledge of risk and regulatory delivery, release management, and deployment coordination - Skills in software design and development, oral and written communication, analytical thinking, and handling multiple projects simultaneously Qualification Required: - Banking Domain Knowledge is preferable - Experience in software development using Agile methodologies - Certification in CSM, PSM, PMI ACP, or SAFe - More than 5 years of experience in software development and 2 years in team Management and project management - Knowledge and experience in Agile and Lean frameworks, DevOps, and mobile/online banking platform projects Additional Details of the company: Standard Chartered is an international bank focused on making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
