Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dehradun for Assoc/Asst Professors specializing in Graphics, Animation, and Interaction Design. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching, designing course material, mentoring students, and conducting innovative research in creative disciplines. Responsibilities also include participating in curriculum development, contributing to departmental activities, and fostering student engagement. Faculty members are expected to keep up with advancements in their design field and collaborate with industry leaders to enhance curriculum offerings and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Graphics, Animation, and Interaction Design, with knowledge of relevant tools and industry standards.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, animation tools, and experience in digital storytelling or user experience design.
• Ability to conduct research and contribute to publications in the field of design and interdisciplinary areas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in mentoring and teaching at graduate or postgraduate levels.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Design, Animation, Interaction Design, or a related field. Relevant industry experience is an added advantage.
