Founder’s Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities


  • Act as a central point of coordination across departments – academics, HR, operations, and clients
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure task follow-ups
  • Assist in internal communication, reporting, hiring workflows, and documentation
  • Handle emails, WhatsApp communications, and maintain professional correspondence
  • Support in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and student/teacher reports

What We’re Looking For


  • 1–3 years of experience in communication, executive assistance, or operations
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Delhi NCR preferred)
  • Ability to handle confidential data and multitask across priorities
