Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assisted Living Manager located in Noida. The Assisted Living Manager will oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, manage staff, and ensure high-quality care for residents. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, managing budgets, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The role also involves ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents by promoting independence and dignity through thoughtful and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience with Independent Living and Senior Living Communities
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Long-term Care and Budgeting
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Experience in elder care management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Gerontology, or related field
