Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assisted Living Manager based in Noida. The Assisted Living Manager will oversee the daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with healthcare providers, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves budgeting, developing care plans, and fostering a positive and caring environment for residents.

• Knowledge of Long-term Care practices

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field
• Certification in elder care management is a plus
