Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the electrical or electromechanical manufacturing industry.3. Strong knowledge of electrical and electromechanical components.4. Proficiency in ERP and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.7. Leadership and team management capabilities.8. Knowledge of supplier markets and industry trends.
