Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, expense control, and cash flow.

Job Requirements :

6-10 years of experience in finance or accounting role with a focus on financial planning & analysis.
Strong skills in budgeting & forecasting; ability to create accurate forecasts using historical data.
Experience with variance analysis; ability to identify root causes of differences between actual results and planned targets.
