Job Description As an Assistant/Associate/Professor in Pharmacy at Chameli Devi Group of Institutions (CDGI), your role will involve conducting lectures, mentoring students, guiding research projects, and contributing to curriculum development. You will also participate in departmental meetings, conduct student assessments, and play a key role in the overall development of the Pharmacy department. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting lectures for students in Pharmacy - Mentoring and guiding students in their academic pursuits - Contributing to research projects within the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences - Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development - Participating actively in departmental meetings - Conducting assessments of students - Contributing to the overall development of the Pharmacy department Qualifications: - Expertise in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, and Pharmacy Practice - Experience in Research, Curriculum Development, and Academic Mentorship - Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills - Capability to contribute to Accreditation and Quality Improvement Processes - Relevant teaching experience and a track record of published research - Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field preferred - Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment - Proficiency in using educational technology and digital platforms,
