About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Warehouse Manager to assist in daily warehouse operations. This role supports the Senior Manager and plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, staff coordination, and timely dispatch of goods. Key Responsibilties: Assist the Senior Warehouse Manager in daily operations and decision-making. Accurately write and maintain orders. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff in picking items as per order requirements. Assign clear responsibilities to staff for order picking and packaging. Prepare detailed packing lists based on items picked. Cross-check and verify that all items match the packing list before dispatch. Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders. Skills & Qualifications: Ability to speak Hindi and basic English. Able to read and write in English effectively. Strong organizational and staff management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
