VM Standards Execution's

• Understand the VM manual and work with the store teams to ensure adherence to the VM manual guidelines
• Guide the store teams and execute all the required seasonal VM dockets
• Understand and execute window and focal point VM guidelines at all times

Conduct audit on the quantity, quality and standards of non - trading and visual props as per the VM standards.

VM Process Adherence

• Track the basket size for the entire store and provide VM based solutions for improving the basket size
• Perform audit on quantity and quality of mannequins and share the results for necessary actions to be taken
• Prepare and submit the store visit reports as per the defined process and timelines
• Work with the store teams to ensure consistency in implementing VM standards across stores
• Change the styling for windows, focal points and props as per defined timelines

New Store Opening

• Participate in competition analysis prior to new store opening
• Execute the new store visual and VM plan
