Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President - Talent Supply Chain - Supply Manager at Genpact, you will be part of the Talent Supply Chain Transformation team, where you will play a crucial role in driving big organizational changes. You will work closely with HR Shared Services, Business Operations, HR, and technology teams to understand the current processes and data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed process, policy, and system design documents, identifying opportunities to simplify and align processes, conducting gap analysis, and creating change journeys and solution implementation roadmaps. You will collaborate with the Talent Supply Chain Transformation Leader to drive the execution of solution implementation roadmaps, facilitate change across various business stakeholders, and support the automation of standard global process design for regions and relevant businesses through the new ERP solution build. **Responsibilities:** - Display intellectual curiosity and a passion for driving organizational changes - Understand current processes and data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally - Create detailed process, policy, and system design documents - Identify opportunities to simplify and align processes to global standards - Conduct gap analysis and create change journeys/solution implementation roadmaps - Collaborate with the Talent Supply Chain Transformation Leader to drive execution of solution implementation roadmaps - Facilitate change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of solutions - Support new ERP solution build to automate standard global process design for regions and relevant businesses **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Excellent Program Management skills with proven execution rigor in medium to large-scale change initiatives - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Exposure to HR process simplification and Tech implementations in HR - Experience working with senior stakeholders - Excellent relationship management and influencing skills - Storytelling and Executive presence - Experience in using lean six sigma and design thinking is preferred **Preferable Qualifications:** - Relevant experience in driving transformation in HR or enterprise-level function or Tech implementation for a medium/large organization Join us at Genpact and be at the forefront of driving the RIGHT people and skillset for the RIGHT project in the RIGHT geography at the RIGHT time with the RIGHT cost structure.
