Hiring: AVP / VP Solar Projects (Renewable Energy Business Vertical)

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering
from a
reputed university / institute

Key Responsibilities

Overall
project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
of solar power projects
Handling
multiple projects across locations
and leading cross-functional teams
Resource planning and deployment
of manpower, machinery, and materials as per project standards
Ensuring projects are delivered within
defined timelines, cost, quality, and safety norms
Policy formulation
and process standardization for the Solar business vertical
Client relationship management
, coordination, and stakeholder engagement
Vendor management
, including negotiations, contract finalization, and performance evaluation
Cost analysis
, budgeting, and financial control to ensure project profitability
Tracking and ensuring achievement of
project milestones
as per approved plans
Supporting business growth initiatives and strategic decision-making for the Solar vertical
