Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager - Audit

You will be responsible for assisting the Group Head - Internal Audit with MIS Management, Planning & Monitoring, Supporting Departmental Initiatives, and driving interactions with Senior Audit Officials. Your role will involve managing the Group Head Office tracker and requirements, as well as assisting with presentations, special assignments, Audit Committee and Board notes, and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct MIS Analysis across all parameters for Group Head - Internal Audit review - Identify Critical Areas for Improvement and provide Decision Support through various Reports and Comparisons aligned with Audit Objectives - Prepare Presentations for GH Review at a Regional Level for respective Zones/Circles - Create Specific Slides for GH presentation to the Board or Audit Committee - Assist in monitoring Audit Plan, Open issues, Internal Initiatives, and forming improvement areas and potential initiatives - Liaise with Internal Audit teams for timely submission of data to Group Head - Internal Audit - Finalize Board and Audit Committee presentations in collaboration with Group Head - Internal Audit - Coordinate with Group Companies Internal Audit Function - Support in driving National Level Drives and Initiatives - Coordinate with all stakeholders for the efficient running of these initiatives Qualification Required: - CA/ MBA-Finance with 5+ years of experience in Audit with a Bank/Big 4 - Knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel is mandatory - Excellent Communication and presentation skills are required (Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description.),
