Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President in the P&C Insurance Broker Support Team at Genpact, your role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) will involve developing and executing strategies to support insurance company clients, introducing new products and solutions, managing existing products, aiding sales teams, and overseeing go-to-market strategies. Your focus will primarily be on the U.S. P&C insurance markets with a emphasis on commercial lines, while experience in Life and Brokerage would be beneficial. **Responsibilities:** - Managing a portfolio of one or two major Genpact insurance broker support products/solutions, akin to a Product Management role. - Co-managing a portfolio of existing Genpact insurance brokerage clients alongside the client relationship team. - Developing new products organically or through partnerships to introduce fresh solutions to the market. - Creating and overseeing go-to-market strategies for assigned products and customer markets to achieve annual revenue and sales targets. - Participating, and occasionally leading, in responses to RFPs and business proposals for potential clients. - Ensuring SLAs & deliverables are met within the timeframe of all teams. - Maintaining continuous interaction with stakeholders to address areas of concern and improve service levels. - Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key client decision-makers. - Mentoring and monitoring team members" performance to enhance efficiency in meeting individual & team targets based on quality, inventory, and TAT. - Leading operations delivery for the site and providing support across sites. **Qualifications we seek in you!** **Minimum Qualifications / Skills:** - Extensive experience in Insurance operations. - Strong Analytical Skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - In-depth knowledge of the U.S. P&C insurance ecosystem, including distribution, brokerage, technology platforms, data sources, and market trends. - College degree from an accredited 4-year university. - Experience engaging with senior-level insurance company executives. - Experience with product management, business development, or similar roles. - Prior P&L responsibilities for insurance-related products. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Hands-on knowledge of MS Office. **Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:** - Domain certification is preferred.
