Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Pune. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. Additionally, the role will require coordinating with team members, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and Time Management skills to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective correspondence and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Office Software such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills to ensure accuracy in tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and support team goals.
  • Previous administrative or assistant experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
