Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Bengaluru. The Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative and organizational tasks to support daily operations. Tasks may include scheduling meetings, managing files and documentation, coordinating communications, and providing support to team members and management as needed. Additionally, the Assistant may handle data entry, prepare reports, and assist with project coordination.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of office software tools, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in administration, business, or a related field
