Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Planning/Urban Planning/Transport Planning with 3+ years of post-graduate experience. 2. Membership of a recognized institution. **Essential Skills:** - Experience in UK Transport Policy. - Proficiency in handling large datasets (MS Excel), coding (VBA/Python), and GIS Capability (ESRI). - Exposure to strategic models and strong problem-solving skills. - Design and interpret transport and travel surveys. - Statistical analysis and forecasting using mathematical and computer simulation models. - Evaluate benefits & costs of different strategies. - Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative working. **Desirable Skills:** - Experience in junction modelling (Linsig) and preliminary junction design (Autodesk). - Membership of related professional organizations. - Experience working with international teams.
