Position: Assistant Trainer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our MBA, MCA & BBA department, specializing in Personality Development and Soft Skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Personality Development and soft skills development, coupled with a passion for training and mentorship.

Job Role:

· Conduct TNI to identify student competency gaps and training goals.

· Analyse student needs and placement trends to design industry-relevant, learner-centric content.

· Deliver training and evaluation on soft skills, communication, teamwork, time management, aptitude, and reasoning.

· Guide students in interview prep, GDs, public speaking, and track effectiveness through feedback and outcomes.

· Hold mock interviews, resume workshops, and LinkedIn profile sessions.

· Work with the placement cell to align training with industry requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

· Graduate or above

· Must have minimum 3 years’ experience working in similar post.

· Candidate working as Personality development and Soft Skills trainer will be preferred.
