Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Technician at our Chennai location. The Assistant Technician will assist in the installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevator systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additionally, the Assistant Technician will support senior technicians, maintain service records, and participate in training sessions.

Qualifications

Mechanical Skills: Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevator systems
Technical Skills: Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
Attention to Detail: Conducting routine inspections and ensuring safety compliance
Communication Skills: Supporting senior technicians and maintaining service records
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various environments
Experience in Elevator Industry is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred
