Job Description

Knowledge in Change Management and Service Request system in Service Now.
Create and Maintain reports for Patch compliance and System Audit data.
Participate in OS patch management and coordination.
Develop and Test Windows Security patch Packages.
Applies ITIL Framework Process Knowledge. Familiar with Standard Security best practices.
Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Application security patch Installations.
Preferably Windows Server administration and engineering.
Preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and OpenStack Administration.
Preferably Basic Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
Preferably Basic Knowledge in Azure/AWS/Open stack.
Understanding Japanese Manuals and Specifications.
Communication in Japanese with Japanese Engineers (Preferably N4 level learner or Certified).
Involve in Drafting in Japanese to the Incident Management System.
