Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing support in Japanese language to Japanese clients and coordinating project transitions. Your proficiency in Japanese language up to N2 & N3 level, along with ITIL framework knowledge, vendor management skills, and experience in project transitions will be essential for this role. Additionally, your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in flexible shifts will contribute to the successful delivery of end-to-end project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support in Japanese language to Japanese clients - Coordinate project transitions - Manage vendors and ensure effective vendor management - Handle reporting and metrics management - Work in flexible shifts as per project requirements - Ensure smooth transitions of project processes - Manage end-to-end project deliverables Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field (Preferred with Japanese language skills) - 2 to 4 years of minimum experience - Proficiency in Japanese language equivalent to N2 & N3 levels - ITIL framework certification with knowledge of IT field - Proficient in MS Office - Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills - Experience in dealing with Japanese clients (Note: Company details are not provided in the given job description),
