Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for an Assistant Technical Consultant. The role involves assisting in the implementation and support of technical solutions for ERP systems, collaborating with the team to analyze client requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes, and delivering technical training to clients as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ERP systems and experience with SAP implementations
• Technical skills in programming, system analysis, and problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively
• Excellent documentation and technical training abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience or knowledge in business process workflows is an advantage
• Familiarity with the SME sector and industry-specific needs is a plus
