Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Team Lead in edtech. The role is located in Bangalore. The Assistant Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring project deadlines are met, and reporting progress to senior management. The selected candidate will also assist in the development and implementation of educational technology initiatives, providing training and resources to team members, and troubleshooting any tech-related issues.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work on-site in Faridabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Business Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred
