Job Description

Assistant (HR)

The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field and on hands experience in MS-Office especially in Excel. He/she should have knowledge of general administration and coordination.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, Coordinating and Conducting interview process.
  • Coordinating with job consultants and processing of bills.
  • Scheduling interviews & follow up with candidate for job requirement.
  • Offer the employment (Follow up on offer and acceptance).
  • Update the employment / vacancies report/ workload.
  • Coordinating for joining and exit formalities.
  • Maintaining proper & accurate leave records of staff and faculty of the assigned School
  • Adapting computerized system of leave and attendance.
  • Providing all information regarding rules and regulations of the University.
  • Preparing Confidential Assessment reports and its follow ups for appraisals of Staff and faculty
  • Training and Induction, etc.
  • Any other work assigned to He/she from time to time.
