Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role at Larsen & Toubro, Corporate Training Technical located in Ranchi. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting training programs in engineering, software, IT, and professional competency domains. The role involves assisting with hands-on lab training, software usage, and coordinating training sessions.

Qualifications

Experience with hands-on training in fabrication, safety, GD&T, manufacturing excellence, electrical engineering, PLC, power electronics, IoT, 3D printing, and robotics
Proficiency in ProE, CATIA, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansys, and Unigraphics software
Demonstrated competency in engineering, software, IT, and professional training domains
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
