We re seeking a Highly motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to join our team. As a Assistant Supervisor, you II play a vital role in leading a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business results. Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback - Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customers complaints - Drive business results, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement - Collaborate with other department to achieve business objectives - Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve team performance - participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members Requirements: - 0-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast - paced environment - Strong attention to details and organizational skills
