Job Title: Store Manager – Fashion Retail

Experience Required: 4-7 years in retail (at least 2 years in a supervisory/store manager role)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our fashion retail store in Gurgaon/Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales performance, leading the store team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall store operations, staff management, and inventory control
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor customer preferences and market trends to optimize stock and displays
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally
• Prepare sales and inventory reports
• Ensure store hygiene, maintenance, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with HO and other departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion/apparel retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with strong customer service orientation
• Good understanding of fashion trends and visual merchandising
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi
