Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Manage daily store performance, ensure proper display, visual merchandising, compliance, and smooth administration.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock, maintain records in WinBDS system, and optimize stock levels to maximize sales.

Sales: Drive sales, allocate targets to staff, track daily/weekly/monthly performance, and propose ideas to boost business.

People Management: Train, motivate, mentor, and evaluate staff performance. Conduct regular coaching and team-building activities.

Events & Promotions: Plan and implement in-store promotions, coordinate with marketing for events.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent service, handle escalations, resolve complaints, and focus on customer retention.

Skills & Experience Required:

46 years of experience as Asst. Store Manager/Store Manager in Retail / FMCG.

Strong communication (phone, email & in-person).

Computer literacy.

Graduate degree.
