• Knowledge or experience in Retail Loss Prevention to minimize shrinkage and improve operational efficiency
• Strong organizational and leadership qualities to manage tasks and lead teams effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the retail industry or managing stores is an added advantage
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenges in a dynamic retail environment
