Assistant Store Manager

As a Retail Sales Associate, your role involves greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will be responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Additionally, you will assist with receiving, unpacking, and labeling merchandise deliveries. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate inventory counts and report stock discrepancies - Operate POS systems for billing and handle cash/card transactions responsibly - Support in managing returns, exchanges, and customer complaints as per policy - Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe for customers and staff - Assist with promotional setups and in-store displays - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling transactions In addition to the job responsibilities, please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person.,
