Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Monitor and report on daily activities, manage staff schedules (rosters), and conduct performance reviews. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and conduct weekly store audits. Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards. Uphold store discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies. Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to minimize store-level complaints. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Analyze supply chain performance and contribute to operational improvements. Lead daily team briefings to review challenges and align goals. Having experience in Last mile operations & hiring riders
