Role Overview: As an integral member of the team, your primary responsibility will involve assisting in stock management. This includes handling inward and outward entries, maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records, and ensuring smooth operations. Your attention to detail will be crucial in accurately binning and labeling parts, as well as participating in monthly stock audits and physical verifications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the purchase and accounts teams for activities such as Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing and billing coordination. - Monitor stock levels and promptly report any shortages or fast-moving items to facilitate timely decision-making. - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and systematic storage of items in the warehouse to contribute to an efficient and organized work environment. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in English is preferred. - Availability for the day shift is desirable.
