Role Overview
We are inviting fresh graduates from any discipline who are eager to start their career in Special Education and Montessori teaching. If you are compassionate, patient, and excited to learn, this role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience while being trained in internationally recognized Montessori methods and inclusive education practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Special children in addressing diverse learning needs.
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in line with Montessori principles.
• Provide one-on-one and group support during classroom activities.
• Observe and document student progress and milestones.
• Encourage practical life skills, independence, and self-confidence in children.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists for holistic child development.
• Actively participate in Montessori and special education training programs.

• No prior teaching experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
