Assistant Security Manager

Ex-Army personnel

Key Requirements:

Background:

• Ex-Army personnel, ideally at JCO/NCO ranks
• Minimum

  23 years of professional experience

  in security operations, investigations, or corporate security roles

Languages:

• Fluent in both spoken and written Kannada and English

  (Mandatory)

Technical Skills:

• Experience with

  CCTV systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), Public Address (PA) systems

• Proficient in handling

  site emergencies

  and

  incident management

• Ability to manage visitor/employee access control processes
• Skilled in handling

  employee transport emergencies

  , including after office hours support
• Proficient in

  documenting incidents

  and preparing detailed incident reports for both site operations and employee transportation
• Strong knowledge of basic

  physical security and transport security procedures

• Competent in

  Outlook, MS Office (including advanced Excel)

  , and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

Professional Qualification:

• Bachelors degree (regular) or equivalent qualification required
• Preferred experience in

  corporate, IT, or high-pressure working environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day security operations at assigned site
• Maintain strong coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage and train security staff, including conducting

  shift briefings

• Oversee deployment of

  security escorts for employee transportation cabs

• Maintain

  daily shift attendance records

  and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Develop working relationships with other support functions for smooth operations
• Respond promptly and effectively to security alarms and incidents
• Prepare clear, comprehensive incident reports for management review
• Ensure consistent

  compliance with security policies and operational standards
