Job Summary

The Assistant/Deputy Sales Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales performance, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and optimizing the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.

The Assistant/Deputy Sales Manager will also play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring sales team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Engagement & Training

  • Maximize daily meetings with Channel Partners (CPs) to keep them motivated.

  • Organize regular in-house and outdoor CP training sessions to share project highlights, USPs, pricing/payment plans, inventory, and new schemes.

  • Plan group CP training and mass contact programs for better reach.

  • Identify active CPs in the market and with competitors; reach out to them for offering opportunities with AIPL.

  • Focus on converting Bronze and Silver CPs into Gold Category; also work on reviving dormant Gold CPs.

2. Sales Generation & Client Engagement

  • Meet prospective buyers (CP clients and direct walk-ins) and make impactful sales presentations.

  • Drive sales through assigned CPs and achieve sales targets.

  • Ensure there is enough sales pipeline each week in the funnel for contribution to collective team targets.

  • Collect a part of sale proceeds before the case is handed over to CRM.

3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure smooth post-sale process through proper documentation.

  • Record daily calling and meeting activities; share the same with Sales Coordinator for monthly report creation and performance evaluation.

4. Inter-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with concerned departments like CRM, Marketing, etc., to ensure seamless operations.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Keep abreast with market updates, new launches, etc.; share such MIS with Sales Head.

6. Team Collaboration

  • Attend to CPs and customers in the absence of team members.

Education & Experience:

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6-12 years in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior sales role.

  • Proficiency in collaboration platforms and business software tools like MS Office, Salesforce)
