Roles & Responsibilities: Front line sales leader for a defined territory. Executioner of the company and distributor business plans, Training resource for his/her Re-sale team (Sales executive & Merchandiser) TSI is responsible for business plans delivery and sales fundamentals results for his/her team (team of Sales executives & Merchandisers) and assigned territory/area, responsible for quality execution of Initiatives. In addition he/she is responsible for identifying development areas for the Sales Executives, preparing a training calendar and imparting in-market/ class-room training for defined P&G training programs
Role : Leader for the Branch work processes. Single point of contact at the Branch. Responsibility : The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of multi-functional work processes at the branch. He is responsible for ensuring the functioning of Daily Work Processes. Is responsible for identifying opportunities areas in the multi-functional work processes (Logistics, finance, HR & IT, interfacing work processes with Re-sale) and develop & lead implementation of processes. This role involves providing ongoing coaching/ training support to System operator, Logistic Officer, Cashiers, Delivery staff, helpers etc.. REQUIREMENTS : Education : Graduate in any discipline. Working knowledge of computers Experience : About 3 - 8 years of work experience in the area of Logistics OR Administration OR Accounting OR Customer service Language : Ability to Read, Write & Speak English & Fluency in local language Key Criteria : Persuasive Communication skills, Strong Leadership (esp. influencing skills) skills, Ability to work with diverse people and exceptional maturity levels.
