Assistant Sales Manager

Job brief We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales representative to help us build up our school software business. We sell software to schools to generate marksheets, manage fees, school mobile app, etc.   Responsibilities ·      Secure appointments with Decision makers at school ·      Pitch / present to Decision makers at school. ·      Negotiate and close deals with decision makers. ·      Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data for senior management. ·      Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. ·      Collaborate with the internal team to achieve better results. ·      Meet Company Sales Targets   Requirements ·      Experience of selling to schools ·      Proficiency in English ·      Driving License of 2-Wheeler ·      Should be willing to travel extensively. ·      Working knowledge of MS Office ·      Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. ·      Adaptive person and passion for sales ·      Initiative-taking with a purposeful approach ·      Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. ·      High school degree ·      Proficiency in use of Facebook, WhatsApp   Locations ·      Openings: Durgapur, Purnia, Guwahati. ·      You will be expected to travel out of Base Location on a regular basis. Salary ·      Fixed: Rs 20,000 - Rs. 35,000 basis candidate potential. ·      TA: On Actuals ·      DA: Nil. ·      Incentives: Basis company schemes from time to time.
