Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle sales of premium residential complexes & commercial projects
• Attend customer inquiries, site visits & follow-ups
• Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets
• Present project features, specifications & pricing professionally
• Maintain updated customer records and market intelligence

Requirements:

✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✔Minimum 1 year Experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with passion may also apply)

✔ Customer-focused, confident & energetic personality

✔ Ability to work independently and meet targets

✔ Good knowledge of Kozhikode city is an added advantage

Qualification: Minimum Degree, MBA is preferrable
