We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in



and driving sales of premium swimming pool tiles across residential, commercial, and hospitality

sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and visit prospective clients including architects, builders, contractors, hotels,

and homeowners.

 Promote and sell a range of specialized swimming pool tiles and related products.

 Candidate have to approach the Builders ,Developer, Institutions and big size Projects

 Generate leads from above mentioned clients and customers

 Sales pitching and qualifying for the project

 Submitting techno-commercial proposal, negotiating with clients and closing the deals.

 Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and pricing.

 Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.

 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials.

 Strong local network within the construction and interior design industry in Nagpur

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi.

 Own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within and around Nagpur
