Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients including

  real estate developers,

  in Central Suburbs (Thane, Mulund, Bhandup, Ghatkopar, Chembur, etc.).
• Pitch and sell

  NoBrokerage.coms

  digital marketing, advertising, and listing solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell new offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and track competitor activities.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 25 years of sales/business development experience in

  real estate, advertising, or digital marketing

  .
• Strong local network of builders in Mumbai Central Suburbs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai Central Suburbs.
