Qualifications: - - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment. - Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Highly motivated and results-oriented.
