Job Description: As a Mandate Site Head at Homesfy Realty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading our Sourcing and closing team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client management. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing the sourcing and closing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase sales volumes. - Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking activities. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Overseeing the negotiation and execution of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Providing guidance and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management. - Collaborating with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. -Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business optimization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in sales management within the real estate industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. - Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. - Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
