Assistant Sales Manager

As a Sales Executive at our fast-growing startup, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with prospects. You will be responsible for relentlessly prospecting to build a robust pipeline and ensuring a world-class customer experience for every prospective customer. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning the end-to-end customer experience, starting from the first interaction - Achieving sales targets by collaborating with a talented group of interior designers - Creating reliable forecasts and maintaining transparency with management on pipeline status - Consistently closing new business at or above quota level - Developing and executing a strategic plan for the showroom/offline business unit - Documenting and distributing competitive information - Proactively solving problems, even beyond your area of responsibility - Being prepared to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge - Seeking leadership opportunities to contribute towards the company's larger objectives The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in managing customer relationships, leading sales teams, and achieving clear sales targets.
