Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures on construction sites.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) for the organization.
Provide training to employees on fire safety, industrial safety, EHS best practices, and other relevant topics.
Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in Adis, Construction Safety, Environment Health Safety (EHS), Fire Safety or Industrial Safety roles.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or Electrical field; NEBOSH certification preferred.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws related to workplace safety.
