Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Staff Supervision:
Supervising and training restaurant staff, including waitstaff and kitchen personnel, to ensure efficient and quality service.
Customer Service:
Interacting with guests, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for supplies, and managing stock control.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Financial Management:
Assisting with financial tasks, such as cash handling and reporting.
Training and Development:
Supporting staff training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Promotional Activities:
Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive sales and customer engagement.
