Assistant Restaurant Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. This includes managing front-of-house and back-of-house activities, providing excellent customer service, training and motivating staff, and monitoring food quality and service standards in compliance with regulations. You will also handle procurement, cost control, financial analysis, and marketing strategies to boost sales while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Additionally, you will liaise with delivery platforms, reservation systems, and other tech integrations as needed. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role for a minimum of 3-5 years. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A deep understanding of restaurant operations, customer service standards, F&B regulations, and licensing is required. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is necessary, and a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Possessing a valid Food Hygiene Certificate is considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include food provided.
