Brown Towns is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant. In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee staff performance, ensure excellent customer service, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and manage inventory and supplies. You will also assist in staff training, shift planning, and handling guest feedback professionally. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in restaurant operations, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
